Whiteinch Demolition was formed in 1988 and currently employs more than 85 people providing a full range of professional demolition services and asbestos removal services to the construction industry across the country.
The Demolition Contracting Division has decades of experience, a large team of highly skilled staff and all the latest technology to cater for any size of project. With members of the Institute of Demolition Engineers on staff, we provide services in demolition feasibility studies, detailed project planning and project management in the broadest spectrum of contracts including complex city centre and high-rise buildings. In addition, Whiteinch Demolition Limited provides a fully comprehensive site clearance operation.
The Asbestos Division provides a fully accredited service in asbestos surveys and asbestos removal from domestic projects to major clearance of asbestos in commercial property demolition and renovation.
Our specially developed 28-acre Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) licensed Waste Transfer Station provides an ideal base from which to support a wide range of demolition and recycling services.
Continual investment in the latest demolition plant and equipment ensures we have the resources to manage the most challenging of assignments whatever the size or requirements of the project. Currently we have the largest long reach machine in Scotland, named 'the wee man', after the late George Beattie, the founder of the company. Together with our management team and our continuously trained operatives, Whiteinch Demolition Limited has all the resources necessary to deliver results with the 'most advanced technical approach'.
Providing a 24 hour call-out service, seven days a week, our team is always on hand to provide extensive advice and practical experience on demolition contracting, dismantling, facade retention, asbestos removal, decontamination, site clearance and recycling.
As a member of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors, Whiteinch adheres to the highest standards and best practice in relation to health, safety and training. The company provides its full range of training courses in asbestos removal and demolition awareness training to third party organisations from all over the UK. Courses in Asbestos Awareness can be run at the client's request from half day to two day courses. New operative training and refresher training for operatives and supervisors are also available in our in-house training facility.
